I would like to introduce myself. My name is Rick Gledhill and I am the owner of Spindrift Custom Rowboats.   My goal is to introduce safe, attractive, classically designed, handcrafted rowing craft.

I manufacture eight to twelve boats per year depending on specialty work ordered, which influences my manufacturing time. I recommend you give yourself a window of two months for delivery.

I’ve been in business since 1989.   My background is boat restoration, marine engine repair, carpentry and small boat manufacturing. I am pleased to say I have found my clientele enthusiastic about my selection of boats.
